The role involves converting warm leads into loan sales by identifying customer pain points and guiding them through the application process. The representative must manage a pipeline of up to 20 active transactions and consistently exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
Candidates need at least 3 years of recent inside sales experience, preferably in an outbound call center environment. A proven track record in commission-heavy roles and proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRMs is required.

Hours: An 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00am-10:00pm CDT
Total Compensation: $85,000 – $130,000+ per year (Hourly Base + Uncapped Commission + Spiffs + Incentives)
