The Customer Experience Banker acts as a financial concierge, responsible for retaining and growing customer relationships by identifying financial needs and recommending appropriate banking products. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED along with at least one year of customer service or military experience, or a Bachelor's Degree. Preferred qualifications include experience in banking or financial services, cash handling skills, and proficiency with mobile and online banking technology.

As a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS, you are a Financial Concierge for our walk-in customers. You are responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs, recommending appropriate deposit, and other banking products and services. Processes customer transactions accurately and efficiently and balances daily while providing exemplary customer service.
