The Citrus Club Host is responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations and seating rotations via Resy, and ensuring a high-standard first impression. They also maintain communication between hotel levels and support the broader food and beverage team to ensure smooth service.
Candidates should ideally have a high school diploma and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Physical stamina is required to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced, noisy environment.

The Citrus Club Host welcomes all patrons with an inviting smile and friendly demeanor to create an exceptional first impression upon arrival. This role’s primary focus is the management of the restaurant’s reservations and seating rotation. This role contributes to achieving Citrus Club’s operational and managerial goals by providing efficient, accurate, and welcoming service in accordance with The Dewberry’s 5-Star standards.
