The Construction Manager acts as the link between project managers, subcontractors, and the construction site to ensure quality and timely flooring installation. Key duties include managing project profitability, conducting site inspections, and coordinating with General Contractor superintendents.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of commercial construction management experience and 3 years of general commercial construction experience. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel full-time temporarily are required.
