The Starts Coordinator manages the submission and acquisition of building permits, utility taps, and impact fees to keep construction schedules on track. This includes coordinating with municipalities, maintaining job timelines, and managing project documentation.
Prior experience in permitting or construction administration is preferred. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to communicate effectively with government agencies.
