The Maintenance Technician will perform daily repairs and maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work across the community. They are also responsible for preparing vacant units for new residents and maintaining the overall safety and curb appeal of the property.
Candidates must have at least two years of experience in property or building maintenance and possess a valid driver's license. A high school diploma is required, and professional certifications such as HVAC-EPA are preferred.

We're looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician for our 159-unit affordable housing community, Crosswinds at Arista in Broomfield, CO. Complete daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
Maintain exterior of the property along with tackling seasonal prep such as fall cleanup.
Perform daily property walks to keep everything clean, safe, and looking sharp.
Respond promptly to routine and emergency maintenance requests when assigned.
Prepare vacant apartments for new residents using make-ready checklists.
Inspect buildings and grounds to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
Maintain common areas, exterior spaces, and grounds.
Communicate with vendors, contractors, co-workers and residents.
Minimum of two years of previous experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or related trade.
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurability requirements.
Strong customer service skills with a resident-first mindset.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
HVAC-EPA (Type II), or EPA Universal preferred.
