The Sales Associate is responsible for providing a high-quality customer experience and driving sales through personalized shoe recommendations. They also manage daily retail operations including pricing, shipment processing, and maintaining store organization.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and a strong knowledge of general retail practices. Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and a flexible schedule for nights, weekends, and holidays are required.
As a Famous Footwear Sales Associate, you are passionate about providing the best shoe store experience for every customer. You do this by creating a welcoming environment and in-store culture where customers say, “I’ll take it” and are loyal to your store, our brands, and our company. You are a team player, celebrating individual and team successes. You are committed to staying informed about trends and sharing that knowledge with customers, ultimately building engaging customer experiences.
