Candidates should have a college diploma or equivalent experience with at least 2 years in order coordination, logistics, or a related role. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and experience with order management platforms and cross-functional collaboration are required.

The Order Coordinator position was created to expand on Atlantic’s versatility in the market while also helping to achieve our customer experience goals as a broader organization. The Order Coordinator will work with internal departments and the front-end to make customer requested changes, assist in facilitating key moves by way of cross-collaboration with other departments and will play an instrumental role in providing our Customer Service team with all information they require in order to keep their focus driven to our clientele.
