The In-Suite Finisher is responsible for performing high-quality repairs, painting, and finishing work within occupied residential suites. They must ensure all work meets company quality standards while maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor toward residents.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience in residential finishing, painting, or property maintenance. A valid driver's license is required for travel between properties, along with proficiency in drywall repair and basic carpentry.
