Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer Order Management & Order Entry. In this role the role of Order Management & Billing Specialist processes orders for materials or merchandise from sales staff or direct customer contact. Responsibilities: - Maintain customer files with sales contracts and other information. - Responsible for providing price quotations completes order sheets and checks the price and quantity of each item listed. - Distribute order sheets to respective departments. - Coordinate with departments regarding order status shipping dates prices product availability and backorders. - Knowledge and background on Finance / Billing processes - Credit Note Debit Note Invoicing PO PR AR AP - PO Issuance experience
