Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, professional customer support to Spanish-speaking iRobot users via phone, email, and live chat channels
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to iRobot products, including robotic vacuum cleaners and smart home devices, delivering first-contact resolutions where possible
• Guide customers step-by-step through product setup, configuration, connectivity issues, and software updates in a clear and empathetic manner
• Accurately log all customer interactions, case details, and resolutions within the customer relationship management (CRM) system in accordance with customer support services best practices
• Escalate complex or unresolved technical cases to the appropriate senior support or engineering teams, ensuring seamless handover and follow-up
• Proactively identify recurring customer pain points and share insights with team leads to contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives
• Maintain a thorough, up-to-date knowledge of iRobot product lines, firmware updates, and warranty policies to deliver informed and accurate support
• Consistently meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, including customer satisfaction scores, first-call resolution rates, and average handling times
• Native or fluent Spanish language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — this is a core requirement of the Spanish Speaking iRobot Support Specialist position in Bulgaria
• Valid EU passport (mandatory)
• A good working knowledge of English for internal communication and documentation purposes
• Previous experience in a customer support services environment is highly desirable, though candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset are encouraged to apply
