We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for our Norwegian Speaking Fitbit Products Support Specialist position in Bulgaria, where you will provide expert guidance to customers looking to improve their health and activity tracking through world-class Fitbit devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support to Norwegian-speaking users of Fitbit products via phone, chat, and email.
• Assist customers with the setup, synchronization, and troubleshooting of wearable fitness devices and the Fitbit application.
• Promote health and wellness engagement by educating users on advanced tracking features and fitness goal setting.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the fitness & wellness industry to resolve inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Build positive relationships with our users, ensuring they feel motivated and supported on their personal fitness journeys.
• Document all user interactions with accuracy in our support systems to ensure consistent service quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify emerging product trends and improve the overall customer experience within this sector.
• Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or a legal right to work in Bulgaria.
• A genuine interest in the fitness & wellness industry and wearable technology.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric and empathetic mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, on-site office environment in Sofia
