Provide high-level support to merchants of a food delivery platform via inbound and outbound calls. Manage merchant cases end-to-end, including troubleshooting technical issues and identifying growth opportunities.

Requirements

Candidates must be native or fluent in Danish (C1/C2) with at least intermediate English (B2). Must hold EU citizenship or a valid Greek work permit and be based in Athens.

Your future project: join our Danish Sales Support team of an online food delivery platform at Foundever!

As a Sales Advisor in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Provide the highest level of merchant support through inbound or outbound calls for both new and existing partners.
  • Platform guidance when needed by partners (product/service listing, pricing, order management etc.)
  • Reach out to merchants showing friction or low engagement to diagnose issues, troubleshoot, provide tailored guidance.
  • Coordinate escalations with internal teams (tech, operations, payments) and follow through until merchants confirm resolution.
  • Own each merchant case end-to-end: ensure timely responses, accurately log interactions, and identify growth or upsell opportunities.
  • Build professional relationships - communicate courteously, capture actionable feedback, and share insights with management to improve processes.
  • Meet and exceed quality, compliance, activation, and retention targets; follow management direction and contribute ideas that support Foundever’s customer-centric goals.

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

  • Native or fluent level of Danish (C2/C1)
  • Intermediate level of English (minimum B2) both verbal and written
  • Strong communication skills – with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening and superior writing skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver
  • Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
  • Be located in Athens, as this is an office based role
