Based on-site in Arlington, Texas, this opportunity gives you direct exposure to customers in various industries and our DFW manufacturing facilities, along with the chance to learn from other locations across the Martin network.
Collaborate energetically as a team while developing expertise in sales and industry. This program is designed to help you build the skills to step into key roles at Martin.
Your Next Opportunity
This opening is assigned to Arlington, Texas
Full-time, salaried training program
Program duration: 6-8 months
Focus on your career growth and personal development while learning from established managers and successful teams within Martin:
sales
hands-on instruction and practical application of Martin products given by product experts
exposure to customer sites in various industries
business functions across departments
company operations and systems
manufacturing processes
other necessary skills to run our business
Upon program completion: transition to a sales-related position (Inside, Field, or Management) at one of our U.S. locations. This is a salaried, non-commission position with full benefits and an excellent 401(k) Profit Trust plan.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree or associate degree preferred
Fresh perspective if you are new to the trade or early in your career
1-2 years of sales/customer service experience is a plus
Readiness to travel multiple times throughout program
Strong commitment to customer service
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must be able to train, learn, and grow in a team environment
Independent ability to evaluate situations, solve problems, and make decisions
Adaptability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment to respond to customers' needs
Computer proficiency and organizational skills
Will be tested on mechanical aptitude
Willingness to relocate to another U.S. region within the Martin network- West, Midwest, Northeast, Southeast
