The Member Advisor will forge meaningful relationships with members, process transactions, and assist with account maintenance and loan applications. They will also identify opportunities to protect members from fraud and provide tailored financial solutions.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in retail, cash handling, banking, customer service, or sales is preferred.

WHAT THIS MEMBER ADVISOR POSITION ENTAILS
This part-time opportunity offers up to 29 hours per week with Monday through Friday shifts
beginning as early as 8:00 a.m. and ending around 5:15 p.m., along with 2-3 Saturdays per month from
8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
As our Member Advisor, you'll forge meaningful relationships with members, seamlessly
process transactions, and efficiently open and maintain accounts while guiding individuals through
loan applications. You will actively assist people in discovering financial solutions tailored to their
goals, all while delivering exceptional service that leaves a lasting impression. Throughout your
interactions, you will identify opportunities to safeguard members from fraud, confidently navigate
multiple systems, and connect them with products and services designed to enhance their financial
well-being. Each interaction will become a valuable chance to build trust and brighten someone's day,
making a positive difference in their lives.
