This role will own the strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting for Insider marketing efforts across email, automation, retention, and conversion campaigns. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic marketer, lifecycle operator, and audience growth thinker who understands how to use data, storytelling, and customer journeys to drive subscriptions and engagement.
This person will work cross-functionally with editorial, production, product, design, social, and analytics teams while also managing external creative and production partners. The role will play a key part in bringing Insider marketing operations fully in-house and building a more scalable, data-driven membership program.
The estimated annual base salary for this position is between $126,000 and $144,000 with additional equity. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographic location. This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.
This position will be based in Stamford, Connecticut and will be in office Monday - Thursday with the option to work from home on Friday.

Support broader TOH newsletter initiatives, including general audience and commerce/shop newsletters
Manage external creative and production agency partners for campaign execution and design support
Oversee campaign QA, scheduling, approvals, and deployment processes
Proactively monitor campaign performance and marketing operations by identifying data quality or workflow issues, validating audience segmentation and campaign logic, and partnering with technical teams to resolve issues before they impact members or reporting.
Help establish reporting frameworks, testing strategies, and growth KPIs for the Insider program
Collaborate with product, analytics, and leadership teams on audience growth opportunities and membership strategy
Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all lifecycle marketing touchpoints
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, engagement, and member retention through testing and optimization

Passion for audience growth, engagement, and digital media
Experience working in media, publishing, streaming, or content-focused brands
Familiarity with subscription or membership business models
Experience supporting commerce or affiliate-driven marketing initiatives
Understanding of email deliverability, A/B testing, and performance optimization best practices

What should I know about Roku's culture?
Roku is a great place for people who want to work in a fast-paced environment where everyone is focused on the company's success rather than their own. We try to surround ourselves with people who are great at their jobs, who are easy to work with, and who keep their egos in check. We appreciate a sense of humor. We believe a fewer number of very talented folks can do more for less cost than a larger number of less talented teams. We're independent thinkers with big ideas who act boldly, move fast and accomplish extraordinary things through collaboration and trust. In short, at Roku you'll be part of a company that's changing how the world watches TV.
We have a unique culture that we are proud of. We think of ourselves primarily as problem-solvers, which itself is a two-part idea. We come up with the solution, but the solution isn't real until it is built and delivered to the customer. That penchant for action gives us a pragmatic approach to innovation, one that has served us well since 2002.
By providing your information, you acknowledge that you want Roku to contact you about job roles, that you have read Roku's Applicant Privacy Notice, and understand that Roku will use your information as described in that notice.
