Lead the strategy and performance of paid media creative by translating business goals into clear creative direction and messaging frameworks. Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to develop, test, and scale high-performing assets that drive growth across the funnel.
The candidate must be able to bridge luxury brand storytelling with data-driven execution to optimize paid media KPIs. Experience in managing multi-seven-figure monthly ad spend and translating performance data into actionable creative iterations is required.

Aroma360 is looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to join our in-house creative team and lead the strategy and performance of our paid media creative. This role bridges luxury brand storytelling and data-driven execution, translating business goals and performance insights into clear creative direction. You’ll collaborate closely with internal creatives, paid media teams, and agencies to develop, test, and scale high-performing creative that aligns with Aroma360’s premium brand and drives growth across the funnel.
