En VCCP Spain seguimos retando las convenciones y buscamos a un/a Supervisor/a de Cuentas para liderar proyectos de alto impacto. Buscamos a un perfil con visión estratégica, alma "challenger" y una pasión absoluta por la excelencia operativa.
¿Qué perfil buscamos?
Experiencia: +6 años en Agencia de Publicidad, con al menos 2 años desempeñando el rol de Supervisor/a de Cuentas.
Liderazgo: Capacidad demostrada para gestionar equipos multidisciplinares y desarrollar talento interno.
Perfil 360º: Experiencia supervisando producciones complejas (campañas integrales, rodajes, eventos y activaciones) con visión estratégica en ecosistemas digitales.
Idiomas: Inglés C1/Bilingüe (imprescindible para la gestión de clientes y hubs internacionales).
Actitud VCCP: Buscamos a alguien con mucha energía, autonomía y un perfil ágil. Debes ser capaz de saltar entre diferentes proyectos y clientes con capacidad organizativa para priorizar altos volúmenes de trabajo.
