Create clear and concise copy for fan-facing and partner-facing tools across app, web, emails, and notifications. Collaborate with designers and product managers from the start to inform UX decisions and design strategy.
Requires experience in content design for app and web within B2B or B2C contexts and proficiency in Figma. Candidates should be comfortable writing in a specific brand voice and presenting their design decisions to stakeholders.

We’re looking for a UX writer to help create great experiences across our fan-facing and partner-facing tools. This is a 6-month maternity cover, starting late August.
You’ll join a motivated, talented team of product designers, our localisation lead, and another senior UX writer.
Help make finding shows, buying tickets, and getting to the show feel effortless and fun for fans.
Make building, managing, and analysing events on MIO a simple and delightful experience for partners.
Write the occasional product mailer, CRM campaign, email, and help centre article.
Work closely with lots of people across disciplines – designers, product managers, developers, data analysts, our localisation lead, customer support teams, and more.
Present your work and ideas, clearly explaining the reasoning behind your decisions. This might be to peers, stakeholders, or business leaders. You’ll always have support doing this if you need it.
Useful experience and skills for this role would be:
Comfortable in Figma, the design tool we use.
Writing in a particular brand voice, flexing that voice for different contexts.
Working in a fast-paced, fluid environment and across multiple teams.
