Role Overview:
Omnicom Global Solutions is seeking an AI Enablement Specialist to support AI adoption, knowledge enablement, and capability-building programs across agency, network, and functional teams.
The role will own the team roadmap, define priorities, manage content production cadence, and ensure delivery across AI knowledge domains. The AI Enablement Specialist will build and maintain structured AI enablement resources, coordinate knowledge flow from network and agency innovation leads, and translate AI tools, workflows, and adoption practices into accessible, learning-ready content for practitioners and business teams.

• Own the AI enablement team roadmap by defining priorities, production cadence, delivery expectations, and knowledge-domain coverage.
• Build, maintain, and continuously improve a structured, searchable, and current AI enablement resource library.
• Establish and maintain quality standards for knowledge resources, educational content, workflow documentation, playbooks, enablement assets, and practitioner-facing materials.
• Manage, coach, and develop two AI Enablement & Skills Specialists, ensuring clarity of priorities, deliverables, timelines, and quality expectations.
• Identify gaps across AI knowledge domains and commission, coordinate, or develop content to improve coverage and usability.
• Liaise with Omnicom Advertising and OMC L&D teams to convert knowledge assets into structured, learning-ready formats.
• Track and report team progress, knowledge coverage, content gaps, adoption signals, and enablement outcomes to AI Transformation leadership.
• Represent the Knowledge & Enablement function in AI transformation forums, planning sessions, working groups, and stakeholder reviews.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
• 5–7 years of experience in AI enablement, digital transformation, knowledge management, technology enablement, program management, learning enablement, or capability-building roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing knowledge resources, content libraries, documentation standards, structured repositories, or enablement programs at scale.
• Experience managing team priorities, production cadence, delivery tracking, quality control, and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience coordinating with innovation, L&D, advisory, practitioner, operations, transformation, or leadership stakeholder groups.
• Prior experience in marketing, advertising, creative strategy, media, agency networks, or global capability center environments will be preferred.
• Strong program management discipline with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, stakeholders, priorities, and dependencies.
• Strong knowledge management capability, including content governance, documentation standards, taxonomy, structured libraries, version control, and refresh cycles.
• Clear written communication, reporting, coordination, and follow-up discipline.
• Ability to simplify AI concepts, tools, workflows, use cases, and governance considerations into accessible resources for non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with GenAI adoption, enterprise AI tools, AI transformation programs, AI-enabled workflows, and responsible AI considerations.
• Strong stakeholder management capability across global, cross-functional, matrixed, and multi-market environments.
Preferred Qualifications
• Exposure to GenAI adoption, AI transformation, enterprise enablement, digital transformation, or technology change programs.
• Familiarity with AI and productivity tools, SharePoint, Confluence, Notion, Miro, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Experience managing resource libraries, knowledge hubs, communities of practice, advisory feedback loops, or enablement content operations.
• Prior experience working with global stakeholders across the US or multi-market environments will be an advantage.
