The Senior Requirements Analyst will perform requirements analysis in complex IT projects and translate business needs into effective IT solutions. They will also facilitate workshops, develop business processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, developers, and product owners.
Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in requirements analysis, business process development, and information modelling within complex IT environments. Proficiency in agile methods, Jira, Confluence, and fluency in Swedish are mandatory requirements for this role.

The role focuses on requirements analysis within complex IT environments, including further development of interfaces with external parties, translating business needs into effective IT solutions, and supporting the development of internal requirements analysis capabilities.
You will work in an agile environment and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, testers, product owners, and other key stakeholders.
