This is a 100% commission-based, 1099 independent contractor position with unlimited earning potential. Compensation is derived solely from commissions earned on successfully completed transactions and may vary based on individual performance, transaction volume, and prevailing market conditions. In accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws, the anticipated annualized commission range for individuals in this role is: $0.00 to $250,000+.
Actual earnings will depend on the number and size of completed transactions and may vary significantly from this range. Marcus & Millichap is a multi-state employer and posted commission ranges are provided in good faith for compliance with all relevant pay transparency regulations. As an independent contractor, this role is not eligible for company paid benefits.
You already know how to sell. In commercial real estate investment sales, that skill builds a business of your own. Marcus & Millichap gives you the training, mentorship, and national platform to make the move, no commercial real estate background required. Whether you come from software, medical device, insurance, financial services, staffing, or another sales field, your experience translates here.
As an agent, you represent buyers and sellers of investment properties, guide deals from the first call to closing, and build a book of business that is your own.
