Your Mo-Mission (should you choose to accept it):

Movember operates across six countries, invests in dozens of supplier relationships, and runs one of the most recognisable charity campaigns in the world. As the organisation scales, so does the need for a procurement function that matches that ambition.

As Global Procurement Manager, you'll build and own that function, reporting directly to the CFO. That means designing and implementing the group purchasing policy, establishing the purchase order and approval framework, setting up preferred supplier panels across key spend categories, and creating the governance structures that give Movember visibility and control over how it buys its services globally.

Once the foundations are in place, you'll own them end to end: leading supplier sourcing, tendering, and negotiation for significant agreements, conducting supplier performance reviews, maintaining the central contract register, and identifying cost savings and efficiency opportunities across non-payroll spend. You'll partner closely with Movember's Legal team on contract governance, and with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and tracking value delivered against targets.

Stakeholder partnering is central to the role. You'll work across every part of the organisation, from Fundraising, Marketing and Communications, and Technology through to the Movember Institute, Country teams, and core enablement functions, acting as a trusted guide for budget holders who need to make sound purchasing decisions and want a procurement expert in their corner.

This is a role that requires genuine influence without formal authority. You'll be embedding commercial rigour and procurement discipline across a complex, mission-driven organisation, and doing it in a way that builds credibility and trust rather than friction.

No Moustache Required - but the following are:

• At least five years of experience in a procurement, indirect purchasing, or category management role, ideally within a complex, multi-site, or global organisation.

• Demonstrated experience establishing a procurement function, policy, and governance framework, including setting up and maintaining purchase order approval systems and processes.

• Strong contract negotiation, drafting, and supplier management skills.

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility with budget holders and executives who have no procurement background.

• Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and quantify savings opportunities across a diverse spend portfolio.

• Experience working with Finance teams, with a solid understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Proficiency with ERP or procurement systems such as NetSuite or similar.

• Strong change-leadership skills: able to embed transparent, governed purchasing behaviours across the organisation without formal authority over the stakeholders involved.

Not Mission Critical - but for extra street cred:

• A tertiary qualification in procurement, supply chain, business, or finance, or membership of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) or equivalent.

• Experience in a purpose-led, nonprofit, or global organisation.

• Familiarity with ethical sourcing, sustainability, and modern slavery compliance frameworks.

• Experience operating across multiple international markets and currencies.
