Your Mo-Mission (should you choose to accept it):

Young men aged 12 to 35 are at the centre of everything the Movember Mental Health portfolio does. And increasingly, the settings where those young men spend their time, sport, esports, gaming, and online communities, are where Movember is showing up with evidence-based tools to make a real difference.

As Project Coordinator, Mental Health, you'll provide the operational backbone for three connected workstreams: the Mental Health Guidelines for Esports, developing gender-responsive and psychologically safe guidelines for esports and gaming environments; the Mental Health Guides for Community Sport, equipping clubs, coaches, and providers with gender-responsive practice; and the Movember Sports Collective, including coordination support for the Global Alliance for Mental Health and Sport (GAMeS) Conference.

Day to day, that means keeping three busy workstreams moving. You'll coordinate stakeholder and partner communications, manage meeting schedules across multiple time zones, draft agendas and take minutes, track deliverables and action items in Asana, and maintain the centralised records and project documentation that keep the portfolio audit-ready and well-governed. You'll work closely with the Social Impact team to collate monthly and quarterly monitoring and activity data, contribute to risk identification, and support the Portfolio Manager with the background knowledge and project visibility they need to make informed decisions.

This is a genuinely global role. You'll be working with colleagues and delivery partners across the UK, Ireland, Australia, Canada, and the US, as well as external organisations in sport, esports, academia, and community health. Flexibility to connect across time zones, including two global team meetings per month, is part of how this team operates.

It's a role for someone who takes real pride in the craft of coordination, who keeps things organised without becoming rigid, and who is genuinely motivated by the idea that getting the operational details right is what allows ambitious mental health programs to actually reach young men.

No Moustache Required - but the following are:

• Two to three or more years of experience in project coordination, ideally within health, community sport, or a not-for-profit environment.

• A genuine passion for improving young men's mental health through evidence-based programs and partnerships.

• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of a global organisation.

• Demonstrated skills in project coordination, time management, problem-solving, and risk identification.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

• Outcomes-focused, with an understanding of performance measurement and activity reporting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills, and the ability to learn and use platforms such as Asana confidently.

• Comfortable working with ambiguity, adapting quickly, and making sound judgement calls on the fly.

• Flexibility to attend calls outside normal working hours to connect with a globally distributed team.

Not Mission Critical - but for extra bonus points: 

• Knowledge of youth mental health and/or suicide prevention.

• Experience delivering programs in community or community sport settings.

• A relevant undergraduate qualification in health, psychology, sport, or a related field.
