The Associate will work on various financial restructuring transactions, including creditor- and debtor-side restructurings and distressed M&A. They will participate in complex negotiations, raise debt and equity financing, and provide advisory services for special situations.
Candidates must have an undergraduate degree with an exemplary academic record and at least 3 years of relevant work experience. Strong technical abilities in financial modeling, valuation, and accounting are required, along with excellent communication and presentation skills.
An Associate in Financial Restructuring will work on a variety of transactions within the Financial Restructuring business, including creditor- and debtor-side restructurings and distressed M&A. The group offers a unique opportunity for Associates to work on a variety of projects that provide exposure to various financial advisory and investment banking products and industries. These services include debt and equity financings, distressed M&A advisory services, and special situation principal investing. These services can include.
Associates are typically members of deal teams comprising at least one managing director, vice president, associate, and financial analyst.
