As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and continuous improvement of application performance.
- Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting efforts.
- Assist in the implementation of updates and patches to maintain system integrity and security.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on troubleshooting techniques.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Now Assist.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues and provide effective solutions.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining business-critical applications to ensure high availability and performance.
- Familiarity with incident management and root cause analysis processes.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of system integration and workflow automation concepts related to ServiceNow platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow Now Assist.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
