Major Responsibilities:
Ensures strategic broad engagement with internal business partners, understanding and alignment among business partners for Managed Health to support the mission, vision and culture of the enterprise
Captures and appropriately shares accurate and current market intelligence, develops and maintains a working understanding of trends, business objectives, prioritized opportunities and performance
Promotes leadership engagement, collaboration and knowledge sharing through executive forums, workshops and strategic meetings to break down silos between departments
Influences decision-making at the SVP / EVP level through insights on opportunities and risks with an understanding of internal dynamics and stakeholder needs
Ensures broad and productive engagement with internal business partners
Coordinates and integrates critical information and insights to support business partners for all areas within the Managed Health division
Oversees the development and delivery of insights, benchmarking, goals and performance reports to effectively engage critical business partners
Assess workflow, processes, technologies and efficiencies to bring insights to life and advance strategies that will support the changing business needs of the enterprise
Build, develop, and retain an engaged, collaborative team that delivers consistent results
Contributes, aligns and advances the strategy and values of the Managed Health division as a critical component of the enterprise to establish an integrated approach to identify, capture and amplify market and financial performance through engagement, partnership and influence with executives across the enterprise

Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree required in business, healthcare administration, finance, marketing or related field.
Work Experience Required:
7 years of experience in strategy, business development or health management with 3 years of leadership experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
Analytically-minded leader with meaningful experience in data analysis and insight development
Dynamic and strategic leader with the ability to build strong rapport both internally and externally to imagine, develop and activate “win-win” partnerships
Specific experience and strong record of success in understanding the environment, identifying opportunities and aligning action to drive performance
Ability to think critically, understand complex concepts and quantitative analyses, synthesize information, create clarity to support sound decision-making
Ability to lead, work as a team member and manage in a matrixed environment
Excellent oral and written communications, executive presence and relationship development skills
