💥 How will your everyday be? (Role Overview)

We are seeking a seasoned Manager to join our Software & Platforms practice. In this dual-track role, you will sit at the intersection of technology delivery, business development, and team leadership — serving as both a trusted delivery leader for our clients and a builder of our business alongside senior leadership.

• Project Delivery & Client Management: Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software and platform engagements (including enterprise platform implementation, digital transformation, and product modernization). Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, mitigating risks, driving agile delivery practices, and overseeing platform enablement initiatives.

• Team Leadership & People Development: Support senior leadership in managing the practice team, including workload allocation, performance management, and career development. Mentor consultants, contribute to hiring and onboarding, and champion internal knowledge management in emerging technologies.

• Go-to-Market & Business Development: Actively support go-to-market strategies across key verticals (SMB growth, enterprise platforms, generative AI adoption, advertising & monetization). Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations, shaping offerings around product reinvention, CX/UX modernization, and agentic AI deployment.

• Commercial Account Development: Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders across large enterprises and tech companies. Drive account expansion through upsell/cross-sell strategies and act as a trusted advisor navigating digital transformation and AI-driven change.

Mandatory Requirements

🎓 Education: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master's or MBA preferred.

⚙️ Experience: 6–10 years of experience in technology consulting, software delivery, or platform management, with at least 2 years in a client-facing leadership role managing complex software or platform engagements from inception to delivery.

💼 Domain Knowledge: Background in at least one of the following domains: enterprise platform implementation (ERP/cloud), product strategy & reinvention, digital channels & CX, or generative AI adoption.

📖 Languages: Advanced English (spoken and written) to work effectively with international clients and global teams.

🛠 Core Competencies: Strong project management skills (agile and hybrid delivery), business development mindset, executive communication, and proven ability to interact with C-suite stakeholders.

Desirable Requirements

📋 Experience with SMB strategy, inside sales enablement, or digital sales motions.

📺 Knowledge of advertising technology, monetization platforms, subscription models, or creator economy solutions.

🏗 Exposure to data center strategy, capacity planning, or modular migration programs.

🔄 Familiarity with change management frameworks, copilot adoption frameworks, and organizational enablement.
