Thaia es una agencia boutique de recruiting tech para startups en LatAm y US. Cerramos a través de relaciones personales y warm intros de calidad. El cuello de botella no es falta de oportunidades, es consistencia: cuando el equipo está en delivery, el pipeline se vacía.
Necesitamos un SDR que genere leads calificados, maneje el funnel y abra puertas mientras nuestros founders venden.
Prospecting y list building: identificar startups Serie A+ en LatAm y US con roles tech abiertos. Usar LinkedIn, Apollo, Clay y herramientas internas para mapear decisores y oportunidades reales. Detectar señales de compra: funding reciente, expansión, roles nuevos.
Outreach personalizado: ejecutar campañas de mensajería (LinkedIn, email) con templates definidos pero personalizados por empresa. Tu objetivo es generar respuesta y iniciar conversación, no enviar volumen de basura.
Gestión de herramientas: mantener actualizado el pipeline (Sheets o CRM interno). Estado de cada lead, fechas de follow-up, próximos pasos.
Calificación y movimiento: cuando un lead responde o hay interés, tu trabajo es calificarlo rápido y pasarlo a las founders cuando hay oportunidad real de reunión.
Reporting semanal: métricas claras. Cuántos outreaches, tasa de respuesta, conversaciones iniciadas, reuniones agendadas.
Experiencia en SDR, ventas B2B o outreach. Sabes cómo iniciar una conversación y generar respuesta.
Dominio de LinkedIn: búsqueda, investigación de decisores, mensajería. Identificar contactos en minutos.
Manejo fluido de Google Sheets, herramientas de productividad y CRM básico.
Autonomía: recibe el brief, ejecuta sin necesidad de validar cada paso.
Inglés intermedio-avanzado (lectura y escritura).
Curiosidad para probar nuevas tools y canales de outreach.
Resiliencia.
Proactividad para detectar problemas y proponer soluciones. Si ves que una estrategia no funciona, lo planteas y probamos otra.
Ownership.
Nice to have: experiencia con AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) y automatización de procesos (N8N, Zapier, Clay). No es requisito, pero aceleramos mucho si sabés iterar con AI.
Exposición a startups tech de distintas etapas (pre-seed a scale-up) en Latam y US.
Modalidad contractor, pago en USD.
Part-time: 6 horas diarias.
Remoto desde Argentina.
