About The Job You’re Considering
We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Developer with strong experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and the Microsoft .NET ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in C#/.NET development, excellent troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to independently design, develop, and implement scalable solutions while adhering to industry best practices.
Your Role
Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Framework/.NET Core and C#.
Build and enhance conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Develop and implement solutions leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and related technologies.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues across multiple environments.
Your Skills and Experience
5 plus years development experience in C# and .NET/.NET Core
Experience building solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and own deliverables end-to-end
Capable of making sound technical, architectural, and coding design decisions based on best practices
Experience with APIs, integrations, and enterprise application development is a plus
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred:
Azure and DevOps experience
Familiarity with AI-powered and automation solutions
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $68,911 - $161,544
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
