The HVAC Technician is responsible for the installation, preventative maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and cooling systems. They must also diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, manage inventory, and provide excellent customer service at job sites.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, EPA certification, and Universal HVAC certification, with NATE certification preferred. A minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair, along with a clean driving record, is required.
The HVAC Technician provides installation, preventative care and repairs for HVAC systems. Repairs and maintains refrigerator and electrical systems and their components, as well as troubleshoots electrical systems and writes schematics for their work locations. The HVAC Technician is proactive in the timely completion of preventative maintenance of all equipment.
