Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license. The role requires the physical ability to perform strenuous tasks in all weather conditions.

TRC Earthworks is an environmental remediation construction firm seeking dedicated Construction Laborers to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting construction operators, field scientists, and construction supervisors complete tasks on large and/or complex projects to ensure construction activities are conducted in a safe manner subject to the client’s needs. Responsibilities include performing physical labor, identifying unmarked underground utilities prior to and during excavation activities, clearing brush, and assisting operators with preventative maintenance tasks. The Construction Laborer coordinates with the project supervisor to complete construction tasks as needed.

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.
Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
