This role involves the direct Management of a team of hoisting and shaft design people, for large-scale, iconic, deep-level projects across the full project lifecycle, and includes some flagship projects as well as international exposure. The successful candidate will develop and implement best-in-class engineering practices, tools, and innovations, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of technical solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
