Perform accurate and thorough quality home inspections of essential residential elements and generate detailed reports. Maintain current knowledge of company policies and home building science while working independently in various weather conditions.
Must possess an active Home Inspector License with the Arizona Board of Technical Registration and a valid driver's license. Candidates must be physically fit to access roofs and crawl spaces and be proficient in inspection software.

I am a retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel with 20 years of active duty service (1976–1996). A 5th generation military officer commissioned from Michigan State University, I earned a master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Alabama before transitioning to aviation. I accumulated over 3,000 hours of jet flight time, flew the C-141 Starlifter and C-21 Learjet on overseas missions, and received the Defense Meritorious Service Medal plus numerous commendations. My husband Hal, also a retired Air Force officer, and I remained active in the Civil Air Patrol, flying missions and conducting search and rescue operations. After military retirement, we built and operated a successful a 23-year home inspection business in Arizona while homeschooling our children. I first sought elected office in 2010 and achieved victory in the 2020 general election for the Arizona Senate. I was re-elected in 2022 and again in 2024 with double-digit percentage support. I currently serve as Chair of the Senate Judiciary & Elections Committee, Vice Chair of the Senate Government Committee, and on the Military Affairs & Border Security Committee. I am fighting for strong border security and immigration enforcement, election integrity, support for military families and veterans, and America First policies to protect Arizona families and values. Proud to serve my rural Arizonans in the Arizona Senate.
