The Event Security Associate is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals attending events at the Music Hall at Fair Park. Key duties include monitoring entrances, managing crowds, performing security screenings, and enforcing emergency health and safety protocols.
Candidates must be available to work extended evening and weekend hours and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. The role requires the physical ability to stand, walk, and traverse the venue for extended periods, as well as basic proficiency with computer hardware and software.

Position Summary:
Broadway Dallas Event Security Associates are responsible for the safety and well-being of all individuals attending an event in the Music Hall at Fair Park. This part-time position serves as the first point of contact for audiences approaching and entering the nearly 100 year old historic venue which hosts hundreds of tickets events each year: Broadway musicals, concerts, comedy/spoken word, dance, symphony, film and dozens of other special events.
While overseen by the Safety and Security Manager, this role will be cross trained in health/safety procedures and in customer service policies and practices by the Event Manager. This individual will monitor entrances to ensure only authorized individuals enter, direct authorized individuals to their seating or other appropriate location and ensure that all Music Hall visitors observe the terms and conditions of entry while inside the historic civic building.
This position requires regular on-site work in and around the Music Hall at Fair Park. No remote work is anticipated in this role. Familiarity with Fair Park and its surrounding neighborhoods is strongly preferred.
