Summary
To provide operational and project support across the Brand, Communications & Sustainability team, contributing to regional communications, branding, employee engagement and corporate events while gaining broad exposure to corporate communications within a multinational organisation.
Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of external and internal communications campaigns, including select employee engagement initiatives.
Assist with the coordination and delivery of regional events, leadership visits, town halls and stakeholder engagement activities.
Draft, edit and proofread internal communications, newsletter articles, intranet content and event communications.
Monitor media coverage and prepare media monitoring reports and communications summaries.
Assist with content production work for corporate social media channels, including copywriting, content scheduling and visual coordination.
Coordinate photography, videography and creative production with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Support brand governance by maintaining templates, marketing communications collateral and digital assets.
Assist with social impact/ volunteering communications where required.
Provide general project coordination and operational support across the BCS portfolio during periods of peak workload.
Requirements
Undergraduate student in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Business or a related discipline.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organised, with good attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively to deadlines.
Proactive, resourceful and willing to learn.
