The Contracts & Funding Coordinator will manage the full lifecycle of contracts and funding, including tracking opportunities, coordinating proposals, and ensuring audit readiness. They will also maintain reporting visibility using Monday.com and collaborate with finance and programme leads.
Candidates should have experience in contracts administration, grants management, or compliance reporting with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Monday.com and excellent written communication skills are required, while knowledge of te reo Māori and tikanga is considered an advantage.

The role
As Contracts & Funding Coordinator, you'll support the full contract and funding lifecycle, from tracking funding opportunities and coordinating proposals through to contract monitoring, funder reporting and audit readiness. You'll work closely with the Head of Strategic Relationships, Finance and programme leads, and take ownership of Monday.com as our central tool for contract tracking and reporting visibility.
This role suits someone who enjoys turning scattered information into clear, reliable systems, and who takes genuine pride in keeping deadlines and obligations on track.
