The Insurance Specialist is responsible for the compliant selling and retention of business insurance policies for existing commercial clients. They will manage client accounts, handle mid-term adjustments, and provide excellent customer service to build long-term relationships.
Candidates must hold an APA or CIP professional certification to be considered for the role. The position requires strong administrative skills and the ability to work effectively within a team to meet targets and key performance indicators.

Compliant selling of business insurance to existing commercial clients (Back Book). Ensuring the product offered is based on a thorough and fair review of Radius Insurance available market and best suits the needs (and wants) of the client.
Own target and servicing existing business client including any of their needs or additional requirements throughout the first 12 months of their insurance. Where relevant, supporting additional work of the commercial team.
