The Mechanical Design Engineer will create 3D designs for switchboards and ensure production drawings are accurate and controlled. They will also provide technical support to production and site operations while liaising with project managers and the design team.
Candidates must hold a 3rd level degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline and possess experience in a commercial mechanical design role. Proficiency in 3D CAD software, specifically Autodesk Inventor and Vault, is required along with the ability to work independently or within a team.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Mechanical Design Engineer located in Dundalk, Ireland.
Reporting to the Head of Engineering, this role will be gaining a wealth of experience in a wide range of electrical and mechanical engineering disciplines and beyond with structured mentoring from more experienced team members. The successful candidate will work across multiple disciplines to get a full overview of the life cycle of the product along with the commercial acumen to compliment the technical aspects of the role.
