Job Description

Project Coordination & Administration

  • Provide administrative support to Project Manager(s) and site teams
  • Coordinate project activities, meetings, and schedules
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and project updates
  • Maintain project timelines and track deliverables

Documentation & Control

  • Manage and maintain project documentation (drawings, contracts, permits, reports)
  • Ensure proper filing and version control of all documents
  • Monitor document submissions and approvals
  • Assist with contract administration and compliance tracking

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients
  • Handle correspondence such as emails, letters, and notices
  • Ensure timely communication of project updates and requirements

Site & Compliance Support

  • Coordinate site access, inductions, and logistics where required
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and construction regulations
  • Support audit preparation and reporting

Qualifications

  • Degree in Construction Management, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in construction or project administration
