The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring product and process quality by coordinating engineering and operational changes, maintaining compliance with quality management systems, and supporting the effective implementation of approved changes. The role collaborates with cross-functional team to ensure timely execution, accurate documentation, and adherence to quality standards.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate internal and external changes to ensure compliance with quality and business requirements.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and drive timely execution of approved change requests.
• Ensure proper containment of products and materials affected by engineering changes until all required approvals are obtained.
• Monitor change implementation and ensure execution is completed according to the approved plan.
• Follow up with action owners to ensure qualification activities and action items are completed on time.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Change.Net.
• Verify that engineering changes are implemented, documented, and closed in accordance with quality standards.
• Promote adherence to Change Excellence (CE!) principles and change control processes across the organization.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance change management and quality processes.

Minimum Qualification
•    Degree in any field (Engg or Quality preferred)
•    Min 3 years working experience in production, engineering or quality (Manufacturing Industry)
