Responsible for process quality and self-contained improvements within the package line to meet KPIs such as FAR, Yield, and PDP. This includes troubleshooting complex process problems and updating critical documentation like FMEA and Process Specs.
Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Semiconductor Technology with at least 3 years of related experience. Candidates should possess strong technical supervision skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
