Als Technical Helpdesk Specialist ben jij een cruciale schakel binnen onze serviceorganisatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat klanten snel, professioneel en met vertrouwen geholpen worden bij technische stroingen en serviceaanvragen rond onze fitnessapparatuur en het Mywellness Ecosysteem.
Je hebt dagelijks intensief contact met klanten via telefoon, e-mail en WhatsApp en werkt nauw samen met het team van service monteurs en sales om onze klanten een premium serive te bieden. Het doel van jouw rol is het leveren van een hoogwaardige, efficiënte en klantgerichte service-ervaring, waarbij klanten zich gehoord voelen en snel en correct geholpen worden.
