The Loan Sales Specialist is responsible for providing affordable financing solutions to customers and managing the full loan lifecycle, including collections. They must engage customers across multiple channels to meet individual and branch goals while ensuring regulatory compliance.
A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position. Experience in sales, collections, or customer service and bilingual proficiency in Spanish are preferred.
