Loan Sales Specialists provide customers with affordable financing solutions by assessing their needs and managing the full loan life cycle. Responsibilities include driving branch goals, handling collections, and educating customers on insurance products through various communication channels.
A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position. Experience in sales, collections, or customer service and bilingual proficiency in Spanish are preferred.
