Loan Sales Specialists provide affordable financing solutions by identifying customer needs and managing the full loan life cycle. They are responsible for driving branch goals, handling collections activities, and educating customers on insurance products.
A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position. Experience in sales, collections, or customer service and bilingual proficiency in Spanish are preferred.
