The Operations Support Representative provides administrative support by reviewing accounts, processing transactions, and interacting with internal and external customers. They are also responsible for managing insurance claims, handling inbound calls, and reporting monthly data to management while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in financial services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask are essential for this role.
