The Loan Sales Specialist is responsible for providing affordable financing solutions to customers and managing the full loan life cycle, including collections. They engage customers through various technological channels to meet individual and branch goals while ensuring regulatory compliance.
A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position. Experience in sales, collections, or customer service and bilingual proficiency in Spanish are preferred.
