The Loan Sales Specialist manages the full loan life cycle, including collections and presenting tailored financial solutions to customers. They are responsible for educating customers on loan terms and insurance products while meeting individual and branch performance goals.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED. Previous experience in sales, collections, or customer service is preferred, and bilingual skills in Spanish are highly desired.
Target base salary range is $18.00-$22.00, which is based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.
