The Aging Life Care Professional conducts comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and creates goal-oriented care plans to address medical, social, and emotional concerns. They also coordinate care, facilitate communication between the client and their care team, and provide ongoing advocacy and support for older adults.
Candidates must have an advanced degree in social work, nursing, geriatrics, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience working with older adults. Licensure is required, as is the ability to drive and a commitment to obtaining Aging Life Care Association (ALCA) certification.

The ideal candidate is dedicated to excellence, enjoys working with seniors, and brings optimism and creative problem-solving to help clients thrive. This client-facing, field-based role requires flexible hours and local travel for client appointments. When not with clients, work is done from our Mamaroneck, NY office or remotely.
