This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned corporate paralegal to become an integral member of a sophisticated business law practice, supporting attorneys and clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, entity formations, governance matters, securities offerings, and complex business transactions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in corporate law and corporate governance, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role offers substantial client interaction and the opportunity to work closely with attorneys throughout the entire lifecycle of corporate transactions.
Responsibilities:
Assist Attorneys in Preparing Corporate Documents and Materials
Support Complex Corporate Transactions
